"Stephanie was very accommodating and responsive. Beach access at this location is perfect for families and the beach toys and towels provided were such a plus! The space is clean and tidy and all we needed for a few days. The complex is large which means a lot of people if you prefer something more private, this may not be the place for you. We didn’t mind it as we spent our days out and about. I will definitely reach out to Stephanie for future accommodations!

"We loved it! It is very well located, minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and the St. Augustine historic center. Access to the beach and pool was perfect, and the condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a beach wagon to carry our things to the beach. It is well furnished, comfortable, impeccably clean, and has a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. We absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay!

"Loved our stay for our yearly girls trip! Condo was clean, had everything we needed. Great location on the beach with super amenities of the pool and hot tub! The property has been well maintained. There is a security guard 24/7 at the gate. Just a short drive to the store and downtown for dinner and nightlife. We use to come here many years ago and stayed with owners. Our time here bought back great memories and we made some new ones too! Thanks to Stephanie who was very responsive and helpful with all our needs. Will stay again soon!

"We absolutely loved our stay! This was a perfect location both on the beach, and with a pool just right there. It was a very clean and comfortable condo, with multiple things provided.
